SPRING REC SOCCER 2025
REGISTRATIONS are NOW OPEN
Boys and Girls Ages 3-10 (Birth year: 2022- 2014)
Greetings to all past, present, and future PV United Soccer Families!
Please help us spread the word! We are currently registering children Birth Years: 2014- 2022 for the Spring Soccer Season.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
- 8 Games played on natural grass. Location: Freedom Elementary School.
- All Games will be played on Sunday mornings.
- Rained out games will not be rescheduled.
- We will take Easter Sunday OFF but will be playing on Mother's day.
- Currently registering children born between 2014 and 2022. We will make an attempt to create all boy and all girl teams. However if registration numbers are not sufficient to accomplish that, we will default to co-ed for any/all age groups.
- Registration fee: $125 new players, $105 for Return players with uniform. (New Uniforms will be ordered in the Fall).
- An end of season award will be issued to all participants.
- League begins on Sunday March 23th and runs through Sunday May 18th.
- Registration closes on Sunday March 16th.

Cal North/US Club Competitive Soccer Forms
All Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Trainers and Managers must fill out the Cal North Risk Management Registration Form (LIVESCAN) - Once you complete the online background you MUST print out the form and take it to one of the locations: Santa Cruz Livescan, 877 Cedar St, Suite 150, Santa Cruz - 831-621-5041 - Monday - Friday 9 - 6p - FREE
If you DO NOT go to the above approved Livescan location and choose to go to the below location:
Watsonville: UPS store, 1961 Main St, Watsonville - M-F 9am - 5:30pm, Sat 9am - 4pm
You MUST take the printed form from the Cal North site along with the instructions on the second page of this document.
